FAQ's
Do you do shoots that require travel?
I will shoot anything within 100 miles, but I do charge reimbursement for anything over 30 miles.
Will there be a second shooter?
Typically, for all portrait sessions, it will just be me shooting! If your event requires a second shooter, I charge an extra $30/hr.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Of course! As long as there is no one after you (i.e. no extensions for mini sessions). I do require payments be made in full before the beginning of the shoot, but if you chose to extend after payments have been made, I can create an invoice before you leave for the remainder.
Do you do well with children?
Yes! I am a Momma of two, myself, and I love getting to photograph families!
Do I have to order prints through you?
No! You can order wherever you like, however some places are better than others. I recommend SnapFish or SmallWoods for any prints or canvases! All sessions through me include a digital gallery that can be shared and downloaded as many times as desired, along with a Print Release.
Are deposits refundable?
Unfortunately, no. I require a 25% booking fee to secure your shoot date, with the remainder to be paid before the session begins. The booking fee reduces the total amount due at the time of the session.
Cancellation Policy
As stated above, deposits are not refundable. If you need to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, acts of God, or anything beyond your control, the retainer can be used for a rescheduled session. However, this is only possible if you give at least 7 days' notice before the scheduled photoshoot, or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency.
